Pacific County's mission is to respond to all Public Records Request in accordance with Chapter 42.56 RCW and provide the public with the fullest assistance necessary to obtain the documents they are searching for.

Birth/Death Certificates Washington State Department of Health:
Washington DOH Website or contact the Pacific County Department of Health and Human Services directly at: 360/875-9343.
Body Worn Camera Recordings (Sheriff's Office) Pacific County Sheriff's Office (PCSO):
You can submit your request through the
Public Records Center

Please also upload the Body Worn Camera fillable request form to the Public Records Center when making your request. Note that redaction fees may apply per RCW 42.56.240(14).

Please note:
  • Case files from Raymond PD, South Bend PD, and Long Beach PD must be requested from those agencies directly. The county does not have those records.
  • If you are an agency with an ORI, you will need to contact the Sheriff's Office directly for records: 360/875-9395.

    Court Records (Marriage, Divorce, Judgment & Sentence, etc.) Pacific County Courts:

    All court records must be obtained by contacting the appropriate court. Court records are governed by Washington State Court Rule GR 31. The Public Records Center cannot process requests for court records.
    Land Surveys Pacific County Department of Public Works (DPW):
    You can submit your request through the

    Land Use (Permitting, Building, Planning (Critical Areas, Zoning, Shoreline), Septic, Well, Food, RV Parks, Vacation Rentals, Pools, etc.) Pacific County Department of Community Development (DCD):

    Please note: all septic-related records requests should be directed to DCD, not the Department of Health and Human Services.
