LITTER CREW Pacific County Department of Community Development (DCD) hires students, ages 14 through 18 years of age, for local highway beautification (litter pick-up) each year depending on funding. Advertising of positions is generally announced in April of each year on the website, facebook, and through school announcements. Check the Employment page or contact our office.
